TREATMENT PLAN After the initial assessment you will be given a clear explanation of your diagnosis and the treatment needed. Treatment will be given to help alleviate pain and help you return to normal movement and function. Most importantly we will give advice and exercises that are aimed at preventing recurrence. We do not believe in costly courses and MOTs, we believe in prompt evidence based treatment and long-term health education and prevention through patient knowledge. If your condition needs specialist attention, we will inform you immediately and refer you to the appropriate clinician.
